Young Person’s Guide
We understand that stepping into supported accommodation can be overwhelming at first, so we have created some general information that might help to answer any immediate questions you have, and what we can expect from each other during your journey with us. Everyone’s living situation is different and you will receive your Young Person’s Guide tailored to your specific living arrangements when we meet you for the first time.

During your time at Vision, we want you to feel supported every step of the way. From day one, you’ll be assigned a key worker who will be there for you, and who will be there to meet you when you first arrive.
Your key worker is really looking forward to building a relationship with you and will be with you throughout your time with us. Part of their role is to help you settle into your new home and become familiar with how things work.
